Those who write a to-do list fall asleep faster

That’s what I read today in the New York Times.
Well, for me the question is not to fall asleep faster but why do I have difficulties falling asleep at all?!
Why are my thoughts looping?
Did I have too much coffee?
Do I feel mentally like a mashed potato but physically I’m still active?
………..
Ask yourself this question and take action.
Start by following these simple instructions

Leave the coffee.

🕙 Don’t look at any screen 30 minutes before going to bed.

🚲 Exercise 30 minutes a day.

🏞 Go to nature on the weekends.

🍩🍟 Leave the sweet and junk food.

🌃 Come back home early so you have enough time for some quality moments.

🛏 Create a bedtime ritual. Put on some relaxing music, dim the light. And relax.
